280g green cabbage, thinly sliced
40g diced onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
2tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for a gluten-free option)
1tbsp sesame oil
1/2tsp ginger paste or minced fresh ginger
Salt and black pepper to taste
Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Red pepper flakes for added spice (optional)

Recipe

    In a large skillet or wok, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until it's browned and cooked through. Break it up into crumbles as it cooks. Remove excess fat if necessary and set aside.
