1 medium cauliflower head, cut into small florets
100g shredded sharp cheddar cheese
120ml heavy cream
55g cream cheese
25g grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2tsp mustard powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

    Cut the medium cauliflower head into small florets. Set aside

    In a large pot with a steamer basket, steam the cauliflower florets for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still slightly firm. Drain and set aside.

    In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and mustard powder over medium-low heat. Stir constantly until the cheeses are melted and the mixture is smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
