4 slices of ham (choose high-quality, thinly sliced ham)
4 slices of Swiss cheese (or any keto-friendly cheese of your choice)
4 large dill pickle spears
Dijon mustard or mayonnaise for dipping (optional)

Recipe

    Lay out the slices of ham on a clean work surface. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each ham slice.

    Lay a dill pickle spear on top of the cheese near one end of the ham slice.

    Starting from the end with the pickle, tightly roll up the ham and cheese, enclosing the pickle inside. Repeat for each slice of ham.
