2 ripe bananas (medium-sized)
2 large eggs
60ml melted coconut oil
60g unsweetened almond butter
50g low-carb sweetener (such as erythritol or stevia)
1tsp vanilla extract
190g almond flour
1/2tsp baking powder
1/2tsp baking soda
1/4tsp salt
1/2tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
Chopped walnuts or sugar-free chocolate chips for topping (optional)

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
