1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
50g almond flour
50g grated Parmesan cheese
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp paprika
1/2tsp salt
1/4tsp black pepper
120ml hot buffalo sauce (sugar-free for keto)
2tbsp unsalted butter, melted
For Ranch Dip:
120ml sour cream (full-fat)
55g mayonnaise (keto-friendly)
1tsp dried parsley
1/2tsp dried dill
1/2tsp garlic powder
1/2tsp onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste

    Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a coating mixture for the cauliflower.
