We Believe in Being Straight With You

Some of the links on Ketology.co.uk are affiliate links. This means that if you click a link and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This is how Ketology funds itself as a free resource. It allows us to keep publishing UK-specific guides, recipes, and research without charging you a subscription fee.

What This Means in Practice

We are a participant in the Amazon Associates UK programme, an affiliate advertising programme designed to provide a means for sites to earn fees by linking to Amazon.co.uk. We also work with a small number of other affiliate programmes, including brands available through Awin and ShareASale, and direct partnerships with UK-based keto brands where relevant. Where a page or article contains affiliate links, you will see a notice at the top of that page stating clearly: “This page contains affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you buy through our links.

Our Editorial Standards

Our affiliate relationships do not influence what we recommend. We only feature products that we have personally tested or would genuinely use ourselves, that are stocked and available in the UK, that meet our quality standards no maltitol, no misleading health claims, no ultra-processed formulations disguised as health food and that represent fair value for UK consumers. If a product doesn’t meet those standards, we don’t feature it, regardless of the commission rate on offer. Some of the products we recommend most frequently earn us no commission at all.

Transparency Is Non-Negotiable

This disclosure is required under the UK CAP Code, the ASA guidelines, and the terms of the Amazon Associates programme. If you have any questions about our affiliate relationships or how we select products, get in touch at hello@ketology.co.uk.
